Colin and I had the pork tenderloin last nigh...Yum! Colin and I had the pork tenderloin last night and loved it. I have never seen pork tenderlion fall apart like that. I followed the recipe but added a can of green chiles and a chopped clove of garlic. <br /><br />We had our over white rice with a side of black beans and salad. It was what we called our "Cubano night" <br /><br />Colin said he is going to make nachos out of it tonight while I am out. <br /><br />Wonderful Recipe Kristi! Can't wait to try out my crock pot with something else. I have to admit I have had it for a long time, but thought it was just for stews, which I am not a fan of, so I have NEVER used it.
